- “ Positve Nuns is het hobbyproject van Frank Crijns, Dirk Bruinsma en Jim Meneses van avant-rockband Blast. Alsof ze nooit anders gedaan hebben spelen ze een intelligent soort hardcore.
De songs staan in vuur en vlam en zitten vol venijn. Dit zijn pure hardcore exercities, waarbij vooral de over alles heen marcherende gitarist Crijns de luisteraar alle hoeken van de kamer laat zien. Het kan dus allemaal nog strakker, gevarieerder en intelligenter. En er is meer: tempowisselingen en breaks hoor van te voren niet eens aankomen en veroorzaken menig evenwichtsstoornis.
Zo voegen Positive Nuns bijna iets nieuws toe aan het hardcoregebeuren. The Bible Two is een van de beste platen die de laatste jaren gemaakt zijn in het genre ! “
